We educate and empower children with special needs to lead dignified, successful lives in the mainstream society.
Our uniqueness lies in the all-round development of every individual, building on their abilities, rather than dwelling on their disabilities.
The ultimate goal is to see that developmentally and cognitively challenged children become independent, dignified, contributing members of society. We also sensitize the community through our advocacy initiatives for facilitating social inclusion.

Extreme difficulty reading caused by a hereditary, brain based phonologic disability. Children face difficulty processing sounds into words, due to difficulty remembering sounds and manipulating/ blending them into words.
Difficulty writing, very messy writing, that is often illegible and incomprehensible, caused in part by weak fine motor skills and difficulty memorizing sequences. Children with dyslexia often have dysgraphia.
Extreme difficulty learning or comprehending mathematics/arithmetic. Sometimes it is referred to as math dyslexia. It often occurs together with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), though it is a separate learning challenge.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a chronic condition relating to both the ability to focus attention and to gross motor activity. It includes a number of behavioral elements including difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity, impulsive and inattentive behavior.

We provide Occupational Therapy for kids, with speech delay and other multiple disabilities, which helps them, to learn, do schoolwork, and play. Occupational therapy (OT) helps kids and young adults, who have a physical, sensory, or cognitive disability. It helps them do everyday things like eating, putting on shoes and socks, focusing on learning, writing, and playing with toys or other kids.
We evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Our Speech Therapist, provide various interventions and therapies in speech sound productions, language delay, communication problems and swallowing disorders.
Physiotherapy treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of special needs individuals mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, health and fitness. Our Physiotherapy sessions helps to get individuals with special needs to be involved in recovery through various core muscle strengthening exercises, caused due to congenital deformities and various other reasons like injury and other disabilities
Sensory integration therapy is used to help children learn to use all their senses together – that is, touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing. We provide this therapy to improve challenging behaviour or repetitive behaviour. These behaviours can be related to difficulties with processing sensory information.
The objectives of vocational skills are to prepare people for specific jobs or careers by providing practical training and knowledge.We provide hands on experience for young adults with disabilities, to equip them with the necessary expertise to succeed in a profession based on their abilities and potential and contribute effectively to the workforce
As a part of our knowledge sharing initiative, we provide training to pre-school and primary school teachers to ensure that teachers are aware of the red flags of developmental delays of children, the latest educational research and best practices and can continuously enhance their teaching skills and practices. Teacher training is essential for a general classroom teacher to know about the early signs of delayed developmental milestones in areas like speech, communication, physical, emotional , social developmental of children and recommend them to professionals for early diagnosis and interventions further.
As a way of giving back to the society and for the wellness of the special needs community, we adopt government schools every year and provide FREE remedial education support for students with processing delays and learning disabilities. The programme runs throughout the academic year and students attend our therapy and counselling sessions along with the remedial education. We believe that earlier the interventions, better will be their performance in school education.

எனது மகன் தேஜஸ்வின்.த வித்யோதயா பள்ளியில் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு பயின்று வந்தபோது வாசிக்கவும், எழுதவும் மிகவும் சிரமப்பட்டு வந்தான். வினாத்தாளில் உள்ள கேள்விகளையே வாசிக்க முடியாமல் விடையளிக்காமல் எந்த தேர்விலும் தேர்ச்சி பெறாமல் இருந்தான். OUT REACH REMEDIAL CENTER - ல் அனுமதிக்கபட்டபின் தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும் வாசிக்கவும், எழுதவும் நங்கு கற்றுக்கொண்டான். மொழி பாடங்களை சுயமாக எழுதவும், படிக்கவும் நன்கு கற்றுக்கொண்டான். கணித பாடத்திலும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளான்.சுய ஒழுக்கம், உணவு, உறக்க கட்டுபாடுகள் இருந்தது மேம்பட்டது. ஆனால் தற்போது Self-Discipline, உணவு உறக்க கட்டுபாடுகள் எதுவும் பின்பற்றவில்லை. அதற்காக பள்ளி விடுமுறைகளிள் சிறப்பு வகுப்புகளுக்கு அனுமதிக்க எண்ணம் உள்ளது.
I am Mrs.Latha sivakumar, Mother of S.L. Ashwin Karthick who is now studying 3rd standard in P.K.D school. Actually, during the academic year 2018 -2019 he was suffered from concentrating problem and writing. To overcome this problem, I left Ashwin karthick in outreach remedial center. Here he learnt many things and he was able to develop his skills such as writing, concentrating etc. As a result, now he was able to write reality, as He made himself to well as fast. He made himself to study and to do his home work daily. Now, there are no complaints from his teachers. I thank all the staff members and the management to help him for his improvement.

Our Daughter S.Varuna Sanjeevana studied in Viswadeepthi metric Hr. Sec. School, Pollachi Till 7th Grade. She cloud not hope up with her peer group and teachers. She had problem in the very basic like pronunciation, word syllabifying, Spelling, Sentence formation, problem in dealing numbers. Thereby she felt much stressed in formal education. Moreover here confidence level was very low. Seeing her difficulties, we decided to put her in Outreach Remedial center, Pollachi in the year 2019 We could witness very good changes in her. now she is able to read fastly, could syllabify words from sentences, understand concepts and etc. The center has helped her to discover the leadership qualities and potential hidden in her.
