Complex Carbs (Stabilises mood)
Magnesium Foods (Reduces aggression)
- Banana
- Pumpkin seeds
- Spinach
Medical Check Recommendation (Very Important)
Please suggest parents to test:
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- Iron levels
- Gut issues / constipation

WHEN AGGRESSION STARTS (CRISIS PLAN)

- Talk too much
- Scold
- Restrain emotionally
